This was recommended to us by a local. We went and the service was great, food was great, atmosphere was like a diner (which I love). Felt like you were a part of a community and not a tourist. Will be going back!

Great little spot, we ate breakfast there 2 days in a row! Old style diner setting, friendly, good food! Very reasonably priced! Close to harbor, fast service.. and their special hot sauce was fantastic!!

The place was full, but the waiting time was short. Many locals were eating there. My family loved it. I was looking for a popular dish and they didn't have it. Not a fancy place. That's why I only give it 4 points.

I have given it a 4 star mainly because it a diner and the food and atmosphere is not fussy (high end). It traditional PR soul foods. Loved the plantains! I would recommend this place for lunch if you are curious about PR cuisine in non pretentious setting.

Stopped in for lunch. Atmosphere was casual diner. Service was just okay. Food was way over cooked and dry. The beans and rice were good.

This is your typical diner with mainly counter service. Great service and good food at very reasonable prices. Loved their bread and the hot cheese pastry was awesome.

I think this place was featured on a number of travel shows. If you want to eat like a local ,this is the place. Local Puerto Rican dishes such as Mofongo are the specialty. Friendly service and great food in an old fashioned diner style restaurant in the heart of Old San Juan.
