We ordered several things on the menu, a couple of sides, two small plates, and one main meal. All of it was delicious. Do be warned, the "small" plates, are truly small, but everything was delicious.

Stayed at the Condado Hilton for convenience, dined at the Pikayo based on trip advisor reviews and proximity. Turned out to be a great choice. Once we found the restaurant (its tucked into a mezzanine level), we were seated in a bright, modern dining room. The service was excellent, despite several large groups dining at the same time. The food... More

We ate here the first time 6 years ago. The food is outstanding. Everything was perfectly seasoned & cooked to perfection. They have a really nice wine list that pairs well with the menu. The service is impeccable. Possibly one of the best restaurants on the planet!

Pikayo is beyond excellent! My wife and I were very fortunate to visit on our honeymoon to San Juan. All of the staff are incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. My wife has numerous food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, and some others) and usually when we go to a restaurant, we are cautious on any and all ingredients. When we arrived,... More

Last time we ate at pikayo it was housed in the art museum. Now it's in the condado Hilton. The food and the service were outstanding. It was less of a "scene" than our meal at santaella the night before but that wasn't anything that bothered us or interested us. The food was amazing. The oyster shots on special were... More

My wife and I only had one night in San Juan as we were about to fly deeper into the Carribean, and were looking for a great place to celebrate her birthday. Pikayo delivered, and has the bonus of being the home of a famous local chef. We enjoyed something both authentic and adventurous. I had the swordfish, which was... More

For my mom's 75th birthday, our hotel recommended the restaurant for our celebration dinner. After a week of substantial local cuisine, it is refreshing to taste the variation on the same theme, and finding surprising new notes in the familiar taste. It is always a great feeling to see the chef putting a lot of thoughts into the food he/she... More
