The Kasalta bakery is beautiful The food is delicious and the coffee is good. The only thing that needs a lot of work on is their customer service. No one smiles nice they say good morning like a robot. The one person that works there that was pleasant was the lady cleaning the tables she was sweet. But the rest... More

Literally my favorite place on earth. Found this place on trip advisor. Was looking for a local bakery that had quesitos. . We found so much more. Had eggs with ham and cheese.... Oh my Lord. It was delicious. Paired with quesitos, of course amazing. The napoleons were fantastic. The donuts were divine. I just can't say enough good things... More

This bakery is busy, crowded during some hours of the morning (especially on weekends) but well-worth the wait. The cases are filled with pastries and sandwiches, and the fruit tarts and meringues are spectacular.

My wife and I stopped by Kasalta on a Sunday afternoon in late February 2017 for lunch. The place struck me as bit run down, although relatively clean. The pastries had clearly been in the pastry display cases for several days and hardly looked fresh or appetizing. The cold salads in the luncheon case looked positively ancient and I wouldn't... Indoor seating, parking and display cases of pastries, cheeses and salads = WINNER! Stopped for a quick bite - cubano lunch special was okay (not enough pickles for me) and trepito sandwich for my parents was good. Guava cheesecake and tiramisu were delicious. Nice place to visit if you're in the area or meeting up with a group. Just remember... More

Loved their oatmeal and quesitos along with a delicious espresso for breakfast. We stayed at a small inn nearby and the included breakfast was at Kasalta.

Can't even describe how awesome this place is, and not just for the sweets. Anything you order here is so good! I suggest the Bistec sandwiches, flan de coco, and cafe con leche.

Great variety of Puerto Rico sandwiches, you will one of your like for sure. In need of a morning soup.. you will find a great variety as well. This is a classic, a Spain style bakery that's been established in Puert Rico for decades. Don't go there for the coffee, unless you like overheated milk on expresso.

It's a very nice restaurant. Not very big but lots of selections. We went there last night for a sit down dinner. Food came very fast, nice portion and taste great. We went back again this afternoon for their sandwiches. Again, not disappointed at all. The chicken breast with cheese was the winner. Their pastry seems wonderful. Give it a... More
