This was a place recommended by our hotel staff, easy walking distance from the hotel. Setting is quaint, with indoor and outdoor seating that is right on Rodney Bay, with boat access and docking. Menu had both small and large plate selections. There was a great variety of small plates, and we had several as appetizers. The large plate portions... More

We love doing breakfast on a Sunday after a long tiring week. Try the creole option. If you have a sweet tooth come over for dessert in the evening.

Hi there, thanks for the review! We agree - there is no better place to shake off the cobwebs (or hangover) than on the Tapas deck, with its great view, gentle breeze, and plenty of options for brunch, from local to Mediterranean, coffee to sangria! More

We stumbled on this little bistro while looking for a way to the beach. A narrow path didn’t lead to a beach, but to a small dinghy dock and the breezy waterfront deck of this wonderful restaurant. There are lots of seating options — inside the restaurant, in a small garden patio, or on the waterfront deck. We sat on... More

Hi Jasmine, thanks so much for the great review. We know the region has a lot of great lunch spots so it's fantastic to know that we were your favourite! Our local beer is actually Piton, named after our famous twin peaks. You would have had Wadadli in Antigua I would imagine. The pan de tostada is a local favourite... More

Love the Latin vibes next to the beach front, the service is friendly. The menu will open your appetite. The local breakfast was really delicious!

Hi Maria, thanks for the review! We're glad you enjoyed your experience at Tapas On The Bay. We agree that the setting is excellent, but so as not to mislead future customers I just want to clarify that we are on the edge of the water in the marina, and not at the beach (although the beach is just a... dropped in here late morning for brunch and was pretty impressed. Lovely setting right on the water and our waiter was very nice. Lovely mix of local and European foods. Great local juices as well

This is a nice place to go for lunch and sit by the water. The wait staff is friendly and professional and are available to make suggestions if you are not sure of what to get. The appetizers are good and the meals are filling. I like everything on the menu. I do recommend the Sangria especially the red one,... More

The tapas lunch menu is great; the evening menu isomer extensive. The quality of the food and the presentation was excellent and the friendliness of the service staff was without fault - so attentive yet discreet

The music, saxophone player was great but the service is very poor. The small amounts of food we saw other eating were very, very small portions and the prices are way over priced for what you get; not worth going to this place plus the ambiance is bad, narrow and crowd place with only a small number of table /... Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Just to clarify - did you actually dine with us at Tapas? I ask because you refer to food that other diners ate, rather than your own, and you also left a negative review at our sister restaurant, based on the prices, despite not actually eating there. We appreciate... More

The restaurant sits waterfront on the bay with wonderful view. We sat outside in the deck to take advantage of the beautiful breeze. We ordered from the tapas menu and shared, although they also have many entrees to choose from. We enjoyed all the tapas we ordered especially the octopus and the sweet potato fritters. They also had live music... More

Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. We're delighted that you enjoyed your Tapas experience, including the live music. You were lucky, as this is actually a weekly event, though we are now putting on entertainment more regularly, especially during the busy season, as our artistes have proved so popular. Thanks again. Description
With its Spanish-inspired decor and menu of 'little dishes from around the world', Tapas On The Bay is tucked into a breezy corner of Rodney Bay marina lagoon, where a steady breeze blows across the calm waters and cools its spacious covered deck. The long, Soufriere stone clad bar is perfect for enjoying a quick lunch or dinner, and the secluded location makes Tapas On The Bay a great place to relax and chill out. Taking traditional tapas as a base, Chef Rosie incorporates Caribbean and international influences, creating innovative new bite-sized dishes with local ingredients and flavours, serving them on sharing platters for a very social eating experience. There are also plenty of delicious entrees and yummy desserts to round out the menu. Throw in some excellent wines, three different types of sangria and boozy cocktails by the jug, and Tapas On The Bay could be your next favourite dining spot in Saint Lucia.

Open for brunch from 10am to 3pm, happy hour from 4pm to 6pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm (11pm Saturday and Sunday). Closed Tuesdays.
