We feel ripped off.

We went for brunch and brought my teenager. We asked if he could order just a waffle while we had the brunch and we’re told, “no problem”, so we came. We were assured that it would be “no problem” twice when making the reservation and...again at the table. He ate the waffle and drank water. When the bill came they charged him for the whole thing, all you can eat and all you can drink. They would not budge and said, too bad, everyone pays the whole fee for brunch. What a bait and switch! If they had just told us when we asked we would have gone elsewhere. Who pays $100 USD for a waffle? I guess you just can’t believe anything this business says to get you in the door. 🤨More

Local cuisine, Caribbean, Seafood, Fusion, Vegetarian Friendly and the BEST service!

This is one of the best seafood restaurants in Grand Cayman. They have a huge following. I dined there many many times when I visited the islands in June, July and August. The chef is superb and the crab cakes are beyond amazing as is...the Jumbo shrimp. I enjoyed almost everything on their menu and every dish was superb they have a fabulous wine cellar that you can view from your table.The service was top notch. I hope to visit sometime again when in town.More

Elegant. Exquisite. Impeccable

One of the finest dining experiences we have enjoyed anywhere. A perfect melding of Caribbean, Asian, and Indian. Blue Cilantro is not to be missed for a fine dining experience.

One of the very best on Grand Cayman Island!

This is an excellent restaurant. The food and service absolutely first rate. The menu offers a wonderful range of Asian fusion dishes. The presentation is second to none. We ordered the fresh fish special (Grouper) and lamb., all beautifully prepared. The food is served and...cleared at one time. Nothing bothers me more than when meals are presented in a haphazard order and plates are cleared while other patrons are still eating. Obviously, the team is well trained. This is a special place. We look forward to our next visit!More

Excellent as well again

This was our 6th time here. Always great one of our favorite spots on the island. Great food, wine list and service. Celebrated our 40th anniversary here. Love the bread that comes from the tandoori. Great as an appetizer. Very interesting menu prepared by award...winning Chef Shetty.More

Espectacular dinner

Came to the restaurant to have dinner with family members who visited it before. From start to finish the experience was amazing. Attention to detail, quality of food and beverages, and service was second to none. We are really pleased. A must visit

Delightful

Delightful food and ambiance. This place is a bit small though it has outdoor seating, I think it might be more appropriate for business meetings rather than romance.

Not as good as it use to be

Use to be a favorite spot when visiting the island. The food was good but some of our meals were average at best. Not on our list to visit next trip.

Best in Grand Cayman

My first choice for dining finely in Grand Cayman as Chef Shetty elegantly, without fuss, combines subtle flavors of the Caribbean with Asian treats and continental flair. Huge, well chosen, wine list, reasonably priced, enhances the exquisite taste of the attractively presented dishes. Chef Shetty...also oversees the kitchen at the world class Health City Cayman Islands, which is so popular regulars go there for meals. Our Dinner at Blue Cilantro

The menu had great options! They also had a kids menu, which is great for families. Our server Prakash, was very kind and helpful. The naan was also pheNAANomal! Chef Shetty stopped by our table to say hello, which was very nice. I would definitely...recommend going here if you are around Grand Cayman.More

Wonderful dining experience

Do not miss!

Food was delicious and service was impeccable. I hightly recommend! We had the jumbo shrimp (they were truly gigantic, more like lobster tails), whole snapper and steak. All prepared perfectly. What a treat!

Great dinner spot!

Would highly recommend! The restaurant is beautiful, the drinks were AMAZING, and the service and food were outstanding. Definitely a great spot for our first trip to the Caymans!
