The food choice was good and the menu was small which is a good sign. It's defiantly a lot better than the standard chain food restaurants North America is plaster with but maybe I've just got spoilt by Dubai standard. I had chicken and it was cooked just a little to long for what I would expect from high end.... More

Stopped here a couple of times on our trip, after being recommended by an employee at another coffee shop on the island. True to form, the espresso based drinks are very good, but I found the service and overall atmosphere of the market side quite a downer. It's very much a high paced atmosphere with accountants running to and fro... More

Unlike any other restaurant on Grand Cayman. Food and Service are top notch. Great atmosphere if looking for high end dining.

Almost did not go here as it was in "town" and not walkable for us from the Ritz-Carlton. The cab ride was well worth it though -- the food was excellent; the service was excellent, well above the island norm; and the atmosphere was very nice. It was a good break from the more touristy restaurants like Luca, Seven, etc.... More

When you are planning your Cayman stop, you must decide what your priorities are: the beach, shopping, or fine dining. The Brasserie is located in an out of the way downtown spot. It is walkable, or a short cab ride from the dock. The ambiance is cool and inviting, and furnished like a lovely island home. The menu is a... More

We had heard about this great place in George Town that was known for using their own gardens and fisherman for fresh to the table meals so we booked a reservation for our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. For an appetizer, we decided to try the pumpkin &... More

This place is spectacular, really special. It has its own garden, fishing boat, egg production facility, and beehives. They are proud of their operation, and justifiably so. We had a wonderful meal here, and highly recommend it.

It seems the older I get and the healthier I try to eat the less choices I have for dining out. The Brasserie is a favorite because not only is the food amazingly delicious there are healthy, natural, local and home grown selections on the menu. Don't get me wrong, this is not a health food restaurant but it is... More

A great restaurant that caters to local business clients that does not attract the tourist crowd because of its location within the main business area - definately worth a visit.
