We visited Magnolia on August 9th for dinner at sunset. We have been there on our previous trips and always book reservations an hour before sunset because of the stunning views! Make sure you ask for a table by the rail. My wife always insists...More

When we arrived we were whisked to out table without a warm greeting or even an indication that we were anything but dollar sign tourists. An attempt, by us, to be friendly with the owner/hostess fell on humorless ears. The food is good...not great...but the...More

We ate here around sunset as a family. I felt like I was in the Greek Isles. The view, the cliff, the crystal blue water, it was all just breathtaking. Then the sunset. Amazing. Add to this that the food was delicious and so beautiful!...More

We had a wonderful dinner of Rack of Lamb and Tuna. Both were prepared well, but the Lamb was a little overpowered with the mustard sauce/glaze it was prepared with. Came here for Lobster, but the season closed early. This really disappointed us.

Our reservations were for the only night it rained, so we weren't able to view the sunset. Lovely setting and great service.

Great food. My husband’s favorite is the tuna. Good wine. Wonderful specials. A wonderful view of Turtle Cove. Magnolias is a must when you visit the island!

We were a group of 9... everyone enjoyed their meal. One exception the ahi tuna was over seared for one in our party. Pork chop was good. Recommend the spice cake for dessert.

Beautiful view, and location, nice seating for dinner and bar arrangement BUT, you can tell the management must be hell to work with. The staff acts like they are beaten if they stray from some dictators commands. Have eaten there twice but unless I hear...More

According to reviews, the sunset seemed to be the draw to this restaurant but I found it underwhelming. The real star of the show was the food. We went around 5:30 without reservations and had to wait 30 minutes. I recommend making a reservation in...More

I would NOT recommend this restaurant solely because of the rude and b..chy hostess (which i found out is one of the owners😳). She really needs to be behind the scenes and not customer facing. I felt it was an imposition for us to be...More

Most anywhere on the island is casual. Shorts and jeans are fine with a polo or nice t-shirt.
