Thanks and so glad you enjoyed. Seems like a good time for us to announce that we will be serving our last meal on Friday June 10. We're proud of what we've been able to accomplish at Virgin Fire Grill, but feel that St. John...More

Virgin Fire has a very cool vibe. We visited at about 8:00 p.m. and the restaurant was fairly quiet. We enjoyed a number of very good wines and feasted on the jumbalaya special. We like the Mongoose Junction shopping center very much and Virgin Fire...More

I've learned that when a restaurant's "special" is actually a special rip off, in terms of charging extra for some repackaged item, then it's a place more interested in making a quick buck than anything else, even if they do a number of other things...More

Thank you for the visit, but I do have to day that so many of your assumptions are off base. The bartender is not an idiot: the reason we would use a very good wine in a sangria is because we serve very good wines...More

We dined here right around 6:30 and the place was almost empty, which concerned me a bit. We asked to be seated outside, which was on a balcony with a few other tables. The view was not great, overlooking a playground of some kind, but...More

Thanks Susan glad you enjoyed I've wondered the same thing myself. One thing about our place is that it's rather large, so even if we have 40 or so people here, it doesn't feel like much is going on. Another is that we're not in...More

We didn't eat here for dinner but enjoyed our appetizers and drinks for Happy Hour. Sat out on the front deck but it was very hot. There is a huge fan over the bar area if you need a breeze.More

Glad you enjoyed! Many people want to enjoy the veranda, so we do seat people out there during happy hour, but the sun is a factor so it tends to be a tad warm. Inside we have a number of fans and one fan, (really:...More

Service was amazing- considering there is no AC, food was pricey but delicious- drinks were on point. Awesome spot and walking distance to the St John visitors center and some shopping.

Went to Virgin Fire for the live music and happy hour and ended staying for dinner. We ordered wahoo prepared two ways - a carpaccio appetizer and the entree, seared encrusted with spices and sesame seeds with a chimichurri vinagrette, raisins and pistachios. Both were...More
