The Coach House is situated just below the monastery ruins and offers a good range of food and plenty of interest to look at while you wait. Outside seating in fine weather gives excellent views of the ruins and everything is freshly cooked and delicious.

I'm constantly surprised at how dog friendly cafes are in wales. This one was no exception. We were going to sit outside on the wet seats in the drizzle when we were welcomed in. Very nice interior, very friendly staff and great value for money.

CHarming location next to atmospheric abbey ruins and duck pond. INteresting building with green roof. Excellent coffee, cakes and light lunches. Also a small but very good gift shop, with interesting jewelry etc at very reasonable prices. And a nice exhibition of local art. ,

Lovely cheese and ham platter in an unexpected setting. Having enjoyed a visit to the ruins of the adjacent abbey we were served an excellent and reasonably-priced meal. Lovely.

The zucchini( courgette) and feta fritters were delicious..the coffee was good...the outdoor seating was very welcome, dining in the sun...opposite an idyllic scene of a pond, near a old water mill, with ducks swimming about...a real John Constable scene...!!
