Plenty of choice for fresh exquisitely prepared fish. We had the hake and the swordfish from the specials menu: very tasty. The atmosphere really allow you to relax and chat over chill out music. Highly recommended to fish lovers.

Such a lovely, attractive menu. Difficult to make a choice so we all chose different dishes and all enjoyed them. I tried the Welsh Cawl, a new experience. It was a lamb soup and almost a meal in itself. An attractive setting in a small, attractive village. Good, friendly service.

Stayed for two nights in this delightful inn, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We ate at the inn for two nights and the food was second to none, the staff were friendly and could not be more helpful, and would recommend anyone in the area to stay or call in for a meal or drink

My partner was greeted by a very miserable man who just said all the tables are reserved you'll have to eat outside, which was fair enough as the weather was lovely anyway. I popped in to order two sunday... More

We ate here 3 nights following and ate fish each night, the choice on the menu was Turbot, Bass, Bream, Mackeral, Dover Sole, Salmon and more, this was fine dining at reasonable prices.

We visited here for dinner upon the recommendation of some guests at the B+B where we were staying, and were so glad they told us about it. The atmosphere is lovely, lots of character, welcoming and friendly staff and excellent food. We both had the lamb which was cooked to perfection and came with Lyonnaise potatoes, carrots, spring greens and... More

We shared the rib of beef which was cooked to perfection, the chips, onion rings and stuffed mushrooms are all incredibly moth wateringly tasty but it is so important to leave room for the steak!! It is served with a delicious fresh mixed salad, jus and I cannot rate this highly... More

Great restaurant with outdoor garden. Lovely building. Food was of an excellent standard with friendly unpretentious staff. A good menu with excellent daily specials and a wide selection of wines ranging from good modest wines right up to expensive vintages. A good range of different types of fish. We went there twice in 2 days. Once on a Saturday night.... More
