5 of us went tonight and we are struggling to find fault. 4 Gammon 1cod. First class. Friendly staff good pint on as well. (Under £100 with drinks) All in all a good night. Recomended!!

Dry burnt mash. Overcooked frozen veg. Poor quality cheap ingredients. Not fresh food. Sauce spoiled on carbonara. Disgusting meal not one of us ate all the food. Complained and no offers of any reduction of the bill. Will not return.

The Horseshoe is a small, family run restaurant where we pride ourselves on serving quality, homemade and wholesome food using locally sourced and produced ingredients whenever possible. We aim to provide all this within a traditional, warm and cosy atmosphere in front of a roaring real fire alongside great service. Alternatively during the summer months enjoy your meal al fresco in our beautiful beer garden whilst the children play safely in our new play area.
