The Lion in Berriew has had a fantastic revamp. Decor is stunning - although bright - but it works. The food and service are both excellent. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

We visited with children and although there wasn't a specific menu for them we were able to adapt the meals available and it was no trouble. Interesting décor. Lovely old section pre meal area. Pleasant staff who were attentive and nice touches.

Belated Christmas three course Christmas Lunch for 20+ people, the Turkey meal was presented superbly, piping hot and plentiful, served by excellent and attentive staff in a delightful country pub. A must for going back to try their other fayre. Super first visit.
