The place was an intersting place, with a variety of menu available, I thought it could do with a lot more flavours in the food. Bubble & Squeek was very ordinary. It was just liked mashed potatoes with a few veggies crushed in and under...fried.More

Hi - thanks for the feedback. Sounds like your experience didn't meet our usual high standards, especially as we pride ourselves on tasty, freshly-cooked, locally-sourced food. Hopefully we can wow you next time round!

...simple to follow menu. The all day breakfast is value for money. This is a regular start to many of our stays at the Travelodge next door. The opening hours have been curtailed due to the significant drop in trade following Covid. That being said...the bikers still visit and it remains a place for family breakfast treats and a refreshing change to the usual mcWossname breakfast that most families share. If you find yourself on the road out of Five Oaks or Billingshurst a short diversion along the A29, will take you past the door. Drop in and enjoy good food well priced and freshly produced.More

At a friend’s suggestion met at Billy’s for breakfast. Amazingly busy but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves - clearly a favourite place for people to gather. Staff really efficient and helpful. Good good and fantastic value. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After a long dog walk we were ravenous but as it was 1pm on a Sunday , lunch was the only option at many places . We stopped here along with lots of bikers but the dog was welcomed in and a cosy corner found...for us . The place was packed ! The menu is fabulous and we all had the perfect breakfast dish that suited us. I had bagel eggs and bacon , delicious with a lovely latte . After another round of coffees and sharing the most massive piece of carrot cake we were all stuffed ! The place is quite quirky and homely , the staff are very pleasant . We will be back for sure !More

I visited on the spur of the moment with my son on the way to Fishers Farm.It looked from the outside like a cafe which might just serve up standard food without making much of an effort....but it isn't. The lady at the front desk...and who served us was friendly and helpful. All the food was good including the homemade burger;the chips were excellent.I'd definitely drop by again when in the area!More

I came with my friend for a birthday breakfast. The waitress seemed grumpy. I got the big breakfast which was good value for money, I should have gotten the small one as I couldn’t finish it! I found the bacon incredibly salty, and I didn’t...like the sausages (although that is personal preference as I don’t like herby sausages). The hash browns were amazing. I would say it’s a good place to stop if you are passing and hungry.More

During the pandemic the owner of Billy's put a wonderful message on our local village Facebook page, offering to make food for the NHS workers. I am not one of those but was very touched by her kindness at what was such a difficult time...for everyone, especially those working in the hospitality sector. I posted a reply a said once the pandemic is over we would visit her restaurant, we only live minutes away but for some reason had never been there. We are now regular visitors, the food is beautiful quality (and I am a very picky Mum when it comes to feeding my child}, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is cooked really really well. On top of this my Son has a nut allergy and they are very reassuring. As I said, I am very choosy about where we eat and I would honestly recommend Billys to anyone, you will never be disappointed!More
