It’s a tiny tearoom but the food really hits the spot. It’s friendly with fab food (we had the all day breakfast), hot and fresh. The cakes looked amazing and it’s almost always full. It will do takeaway drinks and food. Who knew a tearoom...More

Stopped by for tea and cake on a cold and wet day. Tiny place, but a warm welcome and the bakes are very hard to resist. Very friendly host, and some interesting local craft on sale.

We didn’t even know there was a coffee shop in Houghton that would be open on a Sunday morning so this was always going to be a bonus find. It is quite small (3 tables) so not the place for a quite or private chat...More

You would struggle to get a wheelchair in there. There is a step up into the tearoom and it is very small inside
