Went to the royal Oak today with my work colleagues for our Xmas Dinner and it was very very nice will definitely go there again. I would recommend it to anyone.

We stopped for a drink here and fell in love with this old Pub - really pretty inside with the low beams. Friendly service. They are apparently well known for their Greek Meze.

We visited on the spur of the moment and had the meze meal which consisted of 16 dishes all were authentic and good quality cant wait to go again.

Our host was delightful, welcoming us as we arrived and showing us to a table. The medieval building is amazing, we sat next to the well! The food was delicious. Our waitress was chatty and friendly. We had a lovely visit and meal.
