Came across this when in and around Battle. Visited at lunchtime. Was told they were busy and there could be 40 minute wait. No problem had stable in garden and a couple of drinks. Varied menu, mix of usual pub grub and some speciality meals....More

We ate here both Thursday and Friday first night we had the Greek wasn’t really impressed with the sharing Meze. So was a little unsure of to go their steak night but glad we did the steak was Devine.

A lovely find based on previous TripAdvisor reviews which were correct, it's great.
A lovely clearly home made children's burger while we shared a meze and choc fudge cake to die for a baklava for desert.
