We visited here for lunch. It is situated in a good location adjacent to the South Oxford Canal. Although not busy when we arrived, we were not acknowledged and most restaurant tables were reserved. However, we did find a pleasant free table in the bar area, which has a nice ambiance. The menu has a good range of choices including... More

The staff were great at communicating with us on our recent trip down the canal for a stag do. We were running later than expected and they accommodated us and were very understanding. Really great service and would definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Just popped in here on my way past as I love this place. Heard a woman complaining but I really don't think she had a valid point. The food here is by far the best in Kidlington. Great service and food. Value for money and an idilic location 10/10

This pub has a nice setting and good food. Very good food for a pub in fact, the menu has a varied selection and nothing on it is bad. The food is also very well presented. The thing that let's it down is the service from the staff. Rather than be happy the trade is booming on a sunny day... More
