My group of 13 had a lovely lunch on the patio. The service was outstanding, and we were delighted by the guitar-playing musician, who serenaded us with, of course, a beautiful rendition of Hotel California. I had tortilla soup and a chicken quesadilla – both very good - and a friend ordered nachos – a HUGE platter and very tasty!... More

Always make a point to visit Hotel California when in Todo Santos. Biker week 2016 was there. Eggs Benedict were great

We have been here several times for a cocktail. This is the first time we ate here. This isn't what I would call a gourmet Mexican restaurant but we had the fish tacos of the day (yellow tail) and their habanero salsa with jalapeño margaritas and can't complain. Sitting in the sun with a cool coastal breeze blowing listening to... More

World Famous Mole? I think not. Presentation looked like prison food and it tasted not much better. The flies and bees were horrible. I had the stuffed poblano which was burned then Covered in cream sauce....didn't know the coating was burned until I took a nice bite of it. These guys have gone down hill and now nothing more than... More

Had a nice lunch. Gringo Mexican food. Bummed that Tequila Sunrise was closed on Sunday, luckily this place was open. Town is very quite on a Sunday.

This is the restaurant inside Hotel California and so it has a nice vibe to it. Dark toned, colorful walls, hip lighting and tiled floors all make this place warm and festive. The service and food are good but a little on the pricey side. We ate lunch here and there was plenty for vegetarians to choose from. This hotel... More

We visited Todos Santos and stopped in to the Hotel California for breakfast based on others reviews on Trip Advisor. It was about 9:30 in the morning and not crowded at all. My husband and I were both disappointed with the slow service and food quality. I ordered the "legendary" Brie cheese and asparagus omelette with potatoes. After a long... More

We just couldn't rationalize dining here. I'm sure it's good but pretty much every place I have eaten in Baja is delicious. Everything affiliated with Hotel California is expensive. Think of it as branding. Even the shops across the street raise their prices. Do yourself a favor and walk a few blocks in any direction and you will find the... More

And you gotta start somewhere so let's make it The Hotel California. We live in San Jose del Cabo a part of every year and usually visit Todo Santos a couple of times. The bartender at the hotel bar always patiently accommodates us by playing "The Hotel California" (in this case the eerily great song from the 1970's by the... More
