If you're headed to PV you can't do better than Teatro Limon. I went with a group of friends, some restaurantaurs, and all serious foodies. We all loved it. A unique atmosphere and a talented character of a chef combine to offer an unforgettable experience. We were greeted by a gentle giant of a dog named Bruno at the entrance... More

My husband and I picked Teatro Limon based on recommendations from the PV forum, and we were NOT disappointed. This is not a place to go for a quick bite (or a pile of nachos!), but a place to enjoy a true dining experience. There's no menu; Bruce will discuss your food likes and dislikes with you, and you will... More

Teatro Limon was an amazing dining experience. Excellent food and excellent service. The chef, Bruce, was so involved in our experience at the restaurant. When we first arrived, he sat down with us and asked us what kinds of foods we liked and did not like and from that he chose what our meals would consist of. This is a... More

If you think Outback is the best steak joint and Red Lobster the best seafood, you're probably one of the people who wrote a bad review of this gem. If you're willing to trust the chef, you're in for a real treat. Prices vary, but we paid US $45 each for a five-course dinner and about $6 per glass of... More

My wife and I enjoyed the best meal during our two week stay at Teatro Limon. We had read about this "new" restaurant before coming and visited them on December 16 or so. We were greeted by YaYa (delightful and lovely) and had our choice of tables. I like open kitchens and we chose a table that gave us a... More

After reading all the great reviews on this site, I went with my family to dinner at Teatro Limon. We travel to Puerto Vallarta very often, at least twice a year, and each time we are looking for new restaurants and experiences. Teatro Limon, has a new concept, but it has a lot to improve before it really works. The... More

I had dinner there on December 5 and had a great time. The filet mignon was probably the best I have ever had. The chocalate mouse dessert was to die for. I asked for seconds on the dessert and Bruce (owner/chef) obliged. He also carries an excellent selection of liquor and I had some great German Vodka.

Based on prior reviews, I felt this was a restaurant not to be missed. So, I emailed Bruce, making reservations for my mom, sister and I for our "girls week" Thanksgiving celebration. I let him know that my sister was a vegetarian, would that be a problem? He confirmed the reservation and said he would take care of it. Weeks... More

Teatro Limón is Puerto Vallarta's finest interactive dining experience. Sit back and enjoy a relaxing meal or take part in the creation and enjoyment of a gourmet meal designed by (or with) talented Canadian Chef, Bruce Byng. You find no boring fixed menu here, Teatro Limon's innovative plates constantly changing. And while Bruce continually strives to come up with exciting new approaches to beloved classics, he is unwavering in his insistence on premium quality and absolute freshness. Be as involved as you want. Or, Opt to sit back and soak in the good things that come to you in the cheery torch-lit terrace under the stars. Or, make yourself comfortable in the open kitchen and be part of the action. Every cocktail imaginable comes out of the fully stocked bar just the way you like it and wine pairings are suggested, with several vintages available by the glass. All in all, an evening at Teatro Limón is an unforgettable and yes, somewhat theatrical experience, ideal for sharing with family, a group of friends or that special someone. Teatro Limon is located in the heart of Old town on Basilio badillo 229 on the upper level of Cocco's Market Bistro Cafe
