Loved Roberto's. Great service and fantastic food. The owner is very personable and made the experience memorable.

Stopped here for breakfast. The restaurant is just off the water, set back a bit, but quieter that way. Breakfast was fine. Good place and full when I was there. Recommend.

We stopped for lunch - sat down the waiters/waitress did see us! It took 10-15 minutes and requests with 3 of the staff for two glasses of water then another 15 minutes and two waiters to place our order and 20 minutes for it to...More

Not many positive things to say about this malecon located restaurant. Nice spot just south of the naval museum. That's the good. Now the bad. Extremely slow service and noisy. Poor lighting with a unappetizing menu. Drinks took 15 min to appear. Food service was...More

this is a great choice for a lunch and cocktails on the malecon. Surf and turf was worth every peso.

A nice comfortable place to enjoy a coffee or meal on the water front. The hand made gellato is also really good. Watching the people is a lot of fun.

We were looking for a snack and some cold drinks as we walked along the malecon. We were seated but waited a long while to order and then waited a longer while to get our drink order. I ordered tortilla soup and my husband fish...More

There are two locations for Roberto's - one in the romantic zone and this Cafe on the Malecon. We ate at the Malecon location. If you're a person who likes people watching - it seems the whole of Puerto Vallarta goes by at one point...More

Had good food and very good service. Ate outside there for lunch with right on the Malecon. Good place for friends and socializing.

This has been a favorite place for years, and not just because we share the same name. This year was different, however. Now that I’m off of sugar, I can't order the sinfully creamy coffee and chai drinks. Nor the gelato. I had my favorite...More

I just returned from PV and we love Robertos and ate many breakfasts there. However on my first day there I asked for an orange juice and water. I did not specifically ask for bottled water thinking that with being on the Malevon and in a very touristy location I would not be given tap water. I unfortunately got travels illness - and just finished my 5 day round of antibiotics ( which made me incredibly naucious .) I love PV and this cute little restaurant with such a great view. I've been to Mexico probably 12 times and this was my 8th trip to PV. I know my system is sensitive but I want to know if it is customary for Robertos to serve regular city water to all people that don't specifically ask for bottled ? I understand a lot of expats eat there and get used to it/ but I'd really hate to have more frequent regulars like myself to have to deal with this illness. Thanks.
