The restaurant is no longer there. It was part of a shopping center, and a store owner showed us the area where the restaurant used to be, and it was torn out.

Excellent restaurant. Owner speaks perfect English and is a great chef. Worked in Napa area in CA. In great area with lots of bars and rest. Wonderful wine selection and great pairing with the food. Got to go if in GDL.
