We came for dinner about 7pm and it was fairly busy. Despite my Spanish being pretty bad we ordered some quesadillas, tacos and a torte. The waiter read back our order to us. We got the quesadillas and the torte but the tacos never came....More

I love churros! And this place makes me love them even more. 3 plain churros, in a nice size, fresh and crunchy for only 15 pesos. Loved every byte! It´s a shame, but I had those churros for lunch today.

Be prepared to use charades to explain what you would like and try and see if they can find one moderately capable English speaking waiter. But don't let that deter you. This is more authentic Mexican food and not Tex Mex.

A very nice place, very central, with large menu and very kind service. Quality is not outstanding, like in other great restaurants where we've been, but for a simple and fast dinner, I believe the price is unbeatable! Thank you!

Their potato Torta is the perfect level of spice and texture. The churros and hot chocolates were also delicious. Great brunch spot.

We ate there 4 times because we enjoyed the food, especially the palazzo (sp).It is a "national dish" but we never experienced it anywhere else. It is full of vegetables, rare in Mexico, and can have meat in it too. Just delicious! The Churra is...More

We'd spent a week eating in Mexico City - mostly in Centre Historico - and I hadn't seen many opportunities to satisfy my craving for churros. When we spotted Casa Churra, we decided to give it a try, and have a light supper too. Though...More

We had to line up for a few minutes in order to get the table but the quality was worth the wait! The store manager took our order since we couldn't speak Spanish to the other waiters. He was so nice! We had tacos, which...More
