This is a hidden jewel of a restaurant. All the food is organic and purchased from independent small farmers. Their vegan chorizo gluten free pizzas are outstanding, their tuna and salmon are picked from spots with no pollution like Norway, and the icing on the cake is their chocolate cake made out of a black beans base and instead of... Not a good choice. The cappuccino terrible, it was more like coffee with milk rather than a cappuccino. No fruits for breakfast! They have oat pancakes that were average, the mullets poor. The place is somehow nice

Hi, we're sorry you had a bad experience at our restaurant Hoja Santa. We would try to explain the probable causes of your bad experience. The milk used in the production of capuccino is of vegetal origin, either soy or almond, which does not have the same quality of frothy milk cow. If we had not fruits, chances are it... More

I asked for help to Hoja Santa´s owner since I was going to have a special visitor at home for breakfast, Geshe Tenzin Khenrab, a tibetan monk from Bhutan. Since I had to offer vegan food and wanted to share some mexican food with him, the owner suggested sopes of organic beans and tofu chorizo, which I never thought were... More

Tons of gluten free and vege/vegan options for those with restricted diets. Delicious food, all made with organic ingredients, and the staff spoke English too!

This place does an amazing job at getting fair trade, organic ingredients. No cow dairy, no wheat, delicious gluten free bread, vegan ice cream, no refined sugar. This is by far the healthiest and most delicious place around. Great for vegans and paleo eaters, or just healthy organic people. My favorites: Tofu chorizo GF pizza, salmon sandwich and banana nice... More

Low key, jazz music quietly playing with a few outdoor tables, this is one of the few places to have a quiet and delicious upscale dinner, at a reasonable price. We loved the Salmon de la Parilla (160 pesos) , and the Pesto Pasta (93 pesos), and the wine by the glass or bottle. Though it is located on Oaxaca... More
