We try to go here as often as possible when in Mexico City. The churro & chocolate are the best. The is no place like this anywhere. It has been serving churro since 24 hrs a day since 1935!

Well I am no world expert on Churros but if there are better, then I surely look forward to trying them someday. I am reviewing the outlet on Avenida Alvaro Obregon, which is handily located in Colonia Roma and just across the street from the Hotel Stanza used by many visitors from overseas. The setting is bright and functional and matches the... More

Churros & Chocalate ... it just does not get much better than this for a chocoholic like me! This is an iconic comfort food restaurant in the Reforma district of Mexico City. I ordered the classic, a plate of fresh, hot churros and a drinking chocolate from a selection of a half dozen different varieties. The churros arrived in short... More

The food was absolutely outstanding. We ordered one churro for the two of us, as we had just eaten lunch. But I wish we had space for 2. One suggestion - forgo the chocolate sauce. Chocolate sauce is available anywhere. They have caramel and some form of a milk sauce, both of which were delicious... as was the Mexican hot... More

I'm keeping this simple. This 24 hour churro haven is worth the 30 minute wait. Just go, wait, and get yourself a churro or four. Beyond yum my...enough said!

Churros....yum. You can take them to go or sit down and enjoy with a very rich hot chocolate. There are 2 left bed: one to right takes the take out.. you pay first, then with ticket voucher you show to person bagging them. You will be asked if you want them coated with plain sugar or a mixture with cinnamon.... More

Such a good stuff!! Churros with cinnamon sugar are amazing. And if you want to make it memorable don't forget to take some cajeta sauce.

Greatest Churros EVAR! find your way to this old school place near the zocalo (esablished 1935). There are several types of churros that all start with the same melt in your mouth dough. A little sugar, a little cinnamon. Orders come in 4s, glad we went with 2 orders. The only thing that could have made it better was a... More

Great place for a mid-morning pick me up. Really quaint and old fashioned inside, the service was good and the prices very reasonable. I liked watching them make the churros through the front window on the way out.

The line outside is long but it is worth the wait. It is a trip back to an earlier age as this restaurant has been around for a long time. The churros are very fresh, and the chocolate was rich. Be sure to add dipping sauces to your order.
