This is Sanborns flagship store. The food is fine - nothing special. The coffee is weak. But rather go to this Sanborn's because of the setting. This is a Colonial house COVERED inside and out with beautiful blue tiles. Service is always good at Sanborn's and, if you need it, there is always someone that speaks English.

This restaurant located in downtown is one of the most beautiful buildings. The food is good but the place is worth to meet.

Serviceable cuisine. Everything from tacos to mole to burgers & fries. This location has marvelous ambiance, perfect watering hole for a day exploring old downtown. Nice bar upstairs for the thirsty.

This restaurant is spread inside the very large patio in the Casa de Los Azulejos. It is an oasis of beauty and wonder amid the noisy and bustling city. We had the Fish and vegetables from their quick and healthy options in their menu. Veggies were perfect, the fish was less palatable. They offer juices and cocktails, but their machiato... More

Sanborns in general is a very safe and reputable restaurant for tourists in Mexico. For a chain, they offer a wide variety of food as well as traditional fare. This Sanborns is situated in the historic Azulejos building decorated with the traditional blue tile. It is has a typical restaurant side and a cozier side further in. There is wonderful... More

Sanborn's is pretty much the Denny's of Mexico, but Los Azulejos is worth a visit, especially for breakfast. The building has beautiful tile work and features a huge Orozco mural as you head to the bathrooms. Not a bad choice for a first breakfast in Mexico City.

Los Azulejos (house of tiles) is a beautiful building inside and out. Go into Saborns for coffee and dessert for a taste of history.
