The entire experience and meal was unbelievable. We had the tuna, which was fresh and delicious. The appetizer with cheese was outstanding. The service was A+. This is a must stop in Mexico City.

Breakfast Bread is outstanding, service "Saks" and they don;t listen to you !! The restaurant its right at Avenue Insurgentes(19 miles long) and with windows open, and A/C turned off !!. Need to ask 3 times and and wait for 15 minutes to get the A/C on and windows remained open !! White wine served is not chilled and, served... More

We were recommended this restaurant by colleagues from our local office, but were unsure what to expect. We were totally delighted by the experience, quality and price. The greeting was warm and pre dinner drinks were served with a selection of Kir, Mescal, Tequilla and cocktails. All were fantastic. A bread selection with various spreads were absolutely delicious. I would... More

I've been coming to Saks Insurgentes for a while (family lives nearby) and I'm always delighted by the food and excellent service. It is a bit pricy but it is worth it. The Enchiladas de Mole are exquisite as well as the pasta's.

This place is really nice. Is like an on fashion 80's house situated in one of the most longest streets in Mexico City, where we can consider is a business area (as they all come dressed). Their specialty is definitely the 'corn bread'. Spongy, sweat and warm city bread just baked. The service is quite ok and the prices goes... More

The Ensalada Saks is excellent...the linguine fra diavolo is consistently good. All of the Mexican dishes are executed quite well. The selection of wines is excellent, and the desserts are wonderful.

The food and service were better some years ago. We went to try the "chiles en nogada" a special dish for the patriotic september month. That were just good but no delicious. The Red Snapper was not very fresh. Wine is a little bit pricey. There is a service charge per person but the bread and humus is very good.

I had heard that this was a great place for breakfast, but I found the food to be disappointing. This is especially true when one considers the price. True, they do have vegetarian items, and "interesting" combinations, but the preparation is not very good, e.g. items are served cold, or overcooked, or undercooked. Their naturally prepared juices are the only... More

I love this restaurant. It's always been among my favorite. I have been going there for over fifteen years. It has an unexpected medieval feel and several vegetarian options.
