Dolcemente Pompei has been open for a year now as Dolcemente Express at the Puerto Juarez Ferry Terminal. Same management and same cook, and the food is excellent and inexpensive, but with a limited menu. Seating is outside but covered. If you're in the area it's worth a stop for a fine authentic Italian meal. Probably not worth the effort/cost... More

Dolcemente moved last fall to Puerto Juarez by the terminal for Isla Mujeres. I'm sure it is just as wonderful as before. I haven't eaten at the new location but did see their menu & the prices are great.

This place is closed with no signs of reopening! It was disappointing since we were staying at Casa Maya and there are really no other restaurants nearby.

Delightful dishes at a venue with one of the most amazing venues, with a fascinating view to the Caribbean. Service is quiet fine, a unique spot to have an unparalleled dinner, enjoying savoury Italian cuisine.

Please be aware that the restaurant has recently closed through no fault for of their own. They will be relocating soon. I was there last winter & just learned of the closing.

We truly enjoyed the dinner there. The service, food and atmosphere were great. We had piña colada, lemonade, spaghetti bolognese, seafood spaghetti, cotoletta Milanese and two scopes of ice cream and coffee. / Only 805 peso and tips. I especially loved spaghetti bolognese and ice cream! Highly recommended!

A little hard to find but the food is good. Sits right on the waters edge. Decent prices, good variety. Had the Spinach ravioli which was one large ravioli about 8

We have eaten at this restaurant 5 or 6 times. The last time we were I think they must have changed ownership, the food was horrible to the point that we had to send it back to the kitchen. This time however, it was excellent. The ravioli, mushroom lasagna, fettucini alfredo, and gelato were excellent.

We went there for President's day weekend. We liked the seafood pasta. It looks like oceanfront restaurant but the we did not have sea view the tent was down due to the strong wind. There was a live music show performing instrumental guitar music.
