For many years, my first bite when I arrive at Cozumel is at Palmera's which sits on Cozumel's main street right in front of the ferry terminal/dock area. As the sun sets and after a long day of travel... I walk right up with my luggage and sit down at one of the tables facing the ocean to take it... More

We loved the location of this restaurant. Very clean and professional wait staff. QThey were able to accommodate our group of 6 within 30 seconds! Most of us got the guacamole, another couple got ceviche which they said was the best ceviche they have ever had. Our waiter Raphael was extremely fast and friendly. Kudos!!

Food is fantastic. Nice and fresh. You get a great view of the waterfront. Service is really good, food is tasty and prices are reasonable. Can't miss.

Being suckered into an all inclusive can sometimes limit people from exploring the town and eating out, I am SO happy we stopped here, we were sick of our hotel food at the Melia and wanted a nice dinner, well we got it! The location is spectacular right across the street from the ferry landing. Palmeras had great service, friendly... More

I have been twice to the restaurant and loved the food....great ceviche and fajitas, yummy guacamole too. Second time I was there with friends I got so, so drunk on 1.5 Margaritas I could not walk! Yes, they are large BUT I would like to know what Tequila and how much was put in my drink! I was unable to... More

We had dinner at this restaurant and we got a big platter of food. It was all delicious. We ate just about everything. The service is great and their staff is very attentive.

All too often, places with primo locations depend on their location and serve up mediocre, at best, food. Not Palmeras! We had the chicken taco platter. Usually comes with hard shell tacos but we asked for two corn and two soft shell tacos. We split the plate and it was plenty for both of us. The chicken was moist and... More
