We went for drinks and had some food too. Great mojitos and a fun Cuban band! We went back later in the week and there was another good band. The views are beautiful and some grew boats of by too or pull in! Definitely will go back again when on the island.

The food is average quality and above average price but the Cuba band was great. We just came back from Havana so it was a pleasure to hear.

Atmosphere: a small off the beaten path shanty. You're sitting on a dock, some tables covered under a straw roof some right in the open sun. They're was a small 3 peice band playing Cuban music. Just a true authentic local experience. Food: fish, fish, fish. Do not go here if you want anything but amazing tasting fresh fish. We... More

The Tix n Chix was absolutely amazing!!! Huge fish with great spices. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Just as we were finishing a wonderful meal, the Cuban band started playing. So much fun and entertaining. All of this came with a fantastic view of the water.

This was by FAR the worst meal of our trip. We were on Isla for a week and this was the ONLY truly bad meal we had. 1st I love LOVE love Cuban food. I know what it is, and isn't. First positives - 1. they had a jazz trio. 2.it is on an inlet with nice views of boats... More

We enjoyed excellent food and service when we stopped in for lunch. Prices were reasonable and management went out of its way to explain food preparation, etc. We will go back.

Went with friends 2-15-17 and it was worth the search! Huge fish cooked over hot coals and 6 people could not get through half of it. Perfectly seasoned and delicious! Great service from friendly, happy staff. Atmosphere is really great and you cannot find any fish more fresh than here!

The islands best mohitos in our opinion ! Quiet setting on the lagoon. We've enjoyed looking at the many photos from the past that are hanging up. Great fresh food

Check out this quaint restaurant. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth it. The food is excellent and plentiful. While we were their they had a six piece Cuban band. They are located in the inland waterway and throughout our visit boats and catamarans sailed by and many stop to eat.

Didn't know what to really expect when we walked in, but wow, I'm glad we went there for dinner. We got the Earth and Sea platter and it was to die for. The platter servers 4 people, but there's plenty of food for more. Located by water so it was fun to see the boats drive by. They also had... More
