One of the worst places in Tulum. The people are totally not sympathetic. It is definitely not suitable to come here with small children. For us, they were unable to make a smaller portion for the kid. Something which was not a problem anywhere in Mexico. The reason probably because the portions are deep freezed. We saw them take it... Really enjoyed Cetli - delicious, home-cooked food, tasted really special and unlike anything else in Tulum. The complimentary starter was such a treat. Highly recommend visiting - we went twice!

This was the best meal I had during our five day trip to Mexico. We were a group of six and we all ordered different entrees. My meal of six huge shrimp on a bed of black mushroom, corn and epizote was perhaps a bit of an acquired taste. Everyone else's was a bit less to the unusual and very... More

Wonderful food and great atmosphere. We had salads to start followed by fish and chicken respectively, everything was delicious. We were also served with a fantastic assortment of complementary appetisers. Would thouroughly recomend this restaurant in a quiet part of town. Staff incredibly helpful and whole experience was great.

Absolutely beautiful setting, intimate and cute. Menu is beautifully presented, food is fantastic. The free starter is extraordinary. Staff lovely. All round winner - very handy to the main strip. So much better than the super expensive places on the beach strip.

Best restaurant in Tulum, hands down. Basically inside someone's house. Great local & authentic food. Had the stuffed peppers with pork, beef and veggies, and it was amazing. You get a small appetizer plate on the house and it has a nice mix of empanadas, fresh bread, cheese and garlic butter. Great food, service and atmosphere. A must!

Happy to discover this place away from the familiar places on the beach road. Atmosphere is charming and cozy, food was creative but not overdone. We'll be back every year!

My girlfriend and I went to Cetli spontaneously on a Wednesday night fairly early around 7:00. No wait no reservation needed. The decor is awesomely charming and thoughtfully curated. The service is sweet and attentive without being too in the way. The menu is authentic regional fair, approachable, tempting and the FOOD IS DELICIOUS. Numerous unmatchable complex sauces and moles,... More

Such a beautiful restaurant, the food is very different and is definitely worth a visit, the staff are incredibly friendly and the interiors are stunning. Must try the corn cake!
