Didn't expect to enjoy our breakfast so much here in town with no ocean views. I had the omelette with roasted vegetables and it was delicious. One can tell it was made with care. Tried my husband's sausage in his hangover breakfast and it was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the garden where we sat was so calm... More

We've been going here for years now. Always consistently good food, great Hangover breakfast, served all day. There is a lovely garden setting.

Such a gem! Awesome homemade breakfast served in a beautiful, quiet patio. Had a bagel with cream cheese and a fruit smoothie, and both were delicious. My husband had a "matacruda" which is basically eggs, bread, bacon, etc. everything was superb and the ambiance was absolutely perfect!

The food and drinks prepared by this restaurant are very tasty, and accompanied by the beautiful garden, allow this place to be one of the best to take breakfast in Tulum.

Warm, excellent service in a wonderful garden guarded by an amate tree - perfect quiet landscape to evade from the busy streets for a quiet oasis; if you are new to Tulum (and not only), Mika, one of the owners, will be very helpful to guide you with useful advises; very good service overall, everything is served with a smile;... I'm baffled at all the good TA reviews of this place. While my boyfriend's Grecia bagel was fine (not amazing, but fine), my crepe was bland and the fruit that came with it tasted off. Agua de peña was the worst we've had our entire trip. Tables all around us were waiting to be bused and weren't cleared until near... More

Dear Patricia We profoundly regret, that your experience was not perfect that morning at Azafran. I discussed your entry in TA with our team, as this was a first timer, getting a poor vote from you. They as well were baffled about your opinion, as all food has been eaten and the waitress on duty that day has not been... More

We owe this find to the trusty people of Trip Advisor, thank you. This restaurant is actually in Tulum. You pull into town and it is a quaint little building with the bustle of people walking in and around the restaurant. You see a good mix of people. It seems like there are people there that know the owners and... More

We chanced upon this little gem by reading the tripadvisor reviews, it was really good we had the breakfast and it was amazing and the everlasting coffee cup then not because we were hungry but greed we also had a bagel to share it was astoundingly good fill up for the day there you won't be sorry you did.

Service was prompt, prices were low and the food was tasty. They cater for more of an American breakfast with a twist, so if you are overloaded by Mexican food, come here for some eggs, sausage, bacon...and mash potato ;-)
