We love the traditional Irish music which seems to just happen in many pubs....we found group which played together and followed them around 4 different pubs on Wednesday nights. This was one of the 4 pubs and my favourite one. Great atmosphere....a bit more room....more...More

Had the best craic ever in this bar back in July. It has to be said the Landlord makes this cracking bar. Ciaran made three fellas from Belfast very welcome right from the start. Told us so much about kinnity and offaly a real history...More

Its a lovely friendly visit and all the locals will engage in some good banter.The drink is fine and fresh. The food leaves a lot to be desired.Good sandwiches .

We had a lite lunch on August 4 and it was great. Soup and brown bread was perfect. Service was friendly and professional. A nice place for a visit

Wanted something light, so we had soup and salad, which was great. We also split a roast beef sandwich. Also good. Service was very good as well. I would go back.

Stayed for weeks while working in the area. Was as close to home as you could ask for. Nice double room with ensuite very clean and comfortable right beside the garden Great food, nice people and the best trad music nights I've ever seen.Very highly...More
