We sat right on the edge of the jardin and busy side streets with lots of people walking by. Great spot to relax and take in all the activity. Had the tortilla soup for lunch and enjoyed it. Fun place to meet and greet friends and make new friends.

It is on the main square in SMdA, about a half block from the tourism office. Environment is relaxed. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. My service was good. I had pollo mole Amarillo. It is like chicken with yellow curry. It was very good. They were kind enough to substitute cooked vegetables for a salad. I would recommend... More

Just steps away from the Parroquia is this great little restaurant! I had the enchiladas and they were great. Its patio area is great for people watching.

After hitting the most expensive restaurants (like The Restaurant) in town, my family was looking for something more traditional and cheaper. The fancy places have great food, but they operate in another world outside the traditional Mexican menu. Rincon is a great place for a late dinner and a return to "regular" Mexican food. If you are craving chips and... More

El Rincón de Don Tomas is a Mexican restaurant in the main square, "El Jardín" in San Miguel de Allende. I highly recommend the Sopa de tortilla, its the best I have tasted in town. Also any of the main dishes fish, Pescado a la Veracruzana or meat dishes such as Arrachera or Tampiqueña. Portions are abundantly served. I also... More

Fresh and delicious food, we were very happy to eat here. We were all satisfied and would have come back but there are so many other places to eat at in San Miguel, you are spoiled for choice here.

The food was made fresh and it was tasty. The fresh orange juice was very good. Service was pleasant and friendly. The cafe sits across from the square so it's a great place to sit and watch the passing parade.

Here is a place with indoor and outdoor service, a truly Mexican menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner, homemade tortillas and salsas, located right on the Jardin! Great for people watching, comfortable, attentive service, moderate prices. El Rincon de Dom Tomas is a classic San Miguel dining experience.! Recommended: eggs in classic green or red sauce, enchiladas, and arrachera beef. Good... More
