We arrived early in the day and the service was great. The grilled octopus plate is a must. The Tostaditas de Mole appetizer was incredible.

We had a great experience at pueblo viejo. All our plates and drinks were great. The arrachera was our favorite. Service could be better.

The reviews for this restaurant are all over the place. I usually try not to comment on a place unless I've been there at least twice, sometimes 3 times. I remember eating here twice some years ago, once on a Friday, then again on a Monday. We ordered the same thing both times, as it was so good the first... More

I came her looking for Azotea, the rooftop bar mentioned in the NYT 36 hours. But since I didn't see it immediately and was starving decided to order dinner here. I am a vegetarian, and I only mention this because after this meal I was sick. It was my first meal in San Miguel, so it could have been my... More

Pueblo Viejo is located steps away from the Jardin Principal. It was recommended for an event luncheon and everyone was happy with their choices. They do have a good wine list and alcohol selection. We have been three times and Angel was terrific! The manager also was very kind to work with us in taking care of a group of... More

Went for the rooftop. It was cool and they had the rain cover up, despite clear skies. Not much of a view, windy, and with the rain cover no sun to warm us. Went downstairs for a better menu. The waiter was very polite and professional. Flavors of the food were wonderful, but 2 out of 3 of our dishes... More

My favorite lunch place in San Miguel. They make fresh tuna carnitas which are fabulous, plus the upstairs special jicama fish tacos should not be missed. Love my new friend Regil, the manager.

A friend told me to go here and order the fish tacos which he described as dynamite. They were not on the lunch menu as they are an appetizer at dinner. No problem. The waiter knew what I wanted. I actually came back the next day and ordered them again. I was needlessly skeptical but my friend was right. Instead... More
