Nice restaurant - really lovely fish and chips, good sized fish cooked to perfection and lots of tasty chips - sauces are served in condiment jars and the tartar sauce tastes home made, delicious. Always worth a detour off the A30 if passing by

We visited here for Fish and Chips having had it recommended by the resort we were staying in. We had eaten a takeaway locally on a previous and enjoyed but this was recommended. No booking made just turned up. We decided to eat in. The staff from waitress to chef to service were excellent. Importantly food was cooked fresh, was... More

This fish and chip takeaway/cafe has been there for as long as I can remember. My family started using it around 50 years ago. Through the years and a few owners, the quality has remained. These are not just fish and chips. These are an experience. The chips are golden and crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, the... More

Port and Starboard has always been my chip shop of choice since I moved to Cornwall a few years back, but the last few times I've been the food has been a bit ropey. My last visit the chips were still solid, the batter on the fish was barely there and most of the meal ended up in the bin.... More

Recommended by our caravan site reception staff. Easy to find and easy parking. Very very busy but quick service. Staff helpful and place very clean. Great menu, bit more expensive than some fish and chip shops but well worth it. Tastiest fish and yummy chips. Nicely packaged. Go visit. Great takeaway or eat in

Nice shop some staff are pleasant others not so much especially the owner. The best thing I can say about this place that I can say about this place is that on the odd occasion the chips are okay everything else is just awful and this is even worse by the disappointment after being promised so much from the Uk...
