About
Our traditional 16th century English country pub is set in some of Berkshire's finest countryside, and was originally a set of cottages belonging to local woodmen. With flagstone floors and open fires, it's a charming, historic setting for lunch, dinner and drinks.

Had lunch today and likely won’t go back. Place was tired and sad given what the last team did. Food was ok but lacked flavour. Plates were cold and mine was chipped. Hope they pick up as it’s a lovely old building.
