The Bell is our favourite pub to visit for an evening meal. The food is awesome and very tasty. The bar staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. This is how a pub should be. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Google maps says 63 miles from central London, that takes around 1 hour 35 minutes. The pub is in a rural location and you can probably dismiss any thought of using public transport to get there. A train from London would get you to either Braintree or Sudbury, both being at the end of different branch lines. Then, if there are busses (probably not), they are likely to be few and far between.
