Over priced sandwiches. My gf sandwich was dry even though I asked for cream cheese, it was only put on a bit of the sandwich. Salmon was so salty that I wasn't able to finish it.

Lived in Banff for months before discovering this place. Such good sandwiches!! Huge and very filling. Also an awesome atmosphere where you can chill and play board games.

When I opted for the soup I wasn't expecting a huge portion of really meaty soup with accompanying biscuits and bread. My partner's sandwich was handmade and while it took a little while it was worth the wait.

The service was fantastic. Really friendly. And fast. Too bad they couldn't back it up with a good sandwich. We had the triple decker (club) and I don't know if there wasn't enough mayo on it or the bread was over toasted, but it was very dry. We wouldn't have minded so much if it didn't cost $15! It was... Amazing Montreal Smoked meat. Great portions, soup was also brilliant. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for a quick sandwich, you will not be disappointed!

When I saw that this restaurant offered Montréal smoked meat sandwiches, I was curious. Typically, outside of Montréal all you get are the frozen packets of pre-cut smoked meat (like what is available in the grocery store). When I approached the counter and saw the briskets of Lesters smoked meat, I knew this was going to be a great taste... More

Ok. I know the sandwiches are a bit pricey at about $15 each but they are awesome. I got the Reuben and the meat melts in your mouth. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but I actually enjoy going to eat at the park across the street watching the mountain and taking some fresh air. Thumbs up!

Awesome sandwiches at this deli. Had the Reuben first time and the pastrami on rye the second time. My husband had the tuna, toasted. Very fat sandwiches - two can easily share one, quality meats that simply melt in uour mouth and settle like a happy dream! We had them wrapped and ate them on Bow Falls and Lake Minnewanka... More

We were looking for a simple lunch in downtown Banff an happened upon Squish Sandwitch Cellar. This cool little "hole in the wall" was a real surprise. Nicole whipped up a beautiful toasted bagle with tasty fresh filling and provided fresh home made soup with bread at really reasonable prices. The great atmosphere and background music were an added bonus... More

Wow! Reminds me of Montreal... Only better! I had the Smoked Meat on rye and would highly recommend it. Thick slabs of perfection.
