We had just done the long drive in from Jasper. There were no services on that highway, being closed for the winter, so we were in need of good grub. We remembered that the Youth Hostel has a little cafe, and headed there. Both of us enjoyed the food, and our table had a nice view into the grounds of... More

We stopped for lunch and were a little disappointed that they were out of their Alberta Beef Chili. We ordered bison burgers, coffee and apple and lemon meringue pies. It’s not a very big cafe, nice breakfast, lunch and light supper menus, a little pricey but we left satisfied.

Went here with friends 21st October. We were seated quickly by the fire which was lovely. Server came to our table in good time with water. Wine glasses were set on the table but there had obviously been a spillage along the line and our glasses were dripping red wine. We had to ask the server for a cloth to... More

This was such a fantastic restaurant! We went based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. It is located at the Youth Hostel, which accounts for its lower prices (very affordable). We'd read that it can get very busy, but we had no problems getting a table (6pm in mid-September, so it was outside peak tourist time). The food was... More

We were so pleased with our dinner at Bill Peyto's that we returned the next night for another delicious meal. The service was excellent both nights as was the food. Everything was fresh and well prepared. My favorite dish was the curry chicken but everything we had was quite good and not expensive. The restaurant is in the hostel next... More

Great food and service. Close to lake louise. Very reasonable prices. This place is inside a hostel. It's one of the few places in Lake louise where you can sit and enjoy a meal at a reasonable price.

Good food! Would recommend it - a smidge hard to find but worth the hunt. We had the Chili which was one of the best we have ever eaten.

Nice restaurant in International Hostel. The setting was nice with a double hearth stone fireplace and rustic logs. The food was very good and moderately priced. The wait staff are friendly and atmosphere is relaxed. Enjoyed this place.
