Very beautiful spot! Unfortunately, bookings can only be done by email, which can get very confusing. We wanted 30 amp power, water and sewer, so I checked those boxes on their form and the "any" box, thinking that they would recommend "any" site that included all of my requirements. We were booking for three nights and I also noted on... More

We happened upon this resturant and decided to stop for brunch. What a find. The decor was awesome! The service was not the best. We wondered who was supposed to do what? The food was excellent. It was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the surroundings outside. We are so glad we stopped! Also loved the bathroom faucets that... More

Excellent food, excellent service, very interesting and beautiful building, average prices. Make sure you take something from the bakery to go, we recommend the pie and butter tarts, they were so delicious!

Husband got up and grabbed 2 menus from the front table. Thinking they will acknowledge us now. The auroma of fresh bakery was in the... More

I remember when this place had really good homemade food but the service was a little slower, but now the service is speedy and the food is even better! I love this place. Great food and wonderful desserts!

I called in to Purden Lake Resort Restaurant for a breather and a rest after visiting the Ancient Forest further east (also amazing!), while on my way to Prince George. The first thing I noticed from the outside was the log cabin style of the restaurant, with many beautiful features like the totem by the front door and wood sculpted... More

The homemade pies are worth it. Everytime we travel through the area we always make sure we stop for a slice of pie. The meals are tasty, and a great portion. Never had a compliant. Worth the stop.

The food is overpriced and the service is terrible. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Definitely not worth stopping in.

Very rarely will you ever find a restaurant that makes their own bread for sandwiches and burgers. Fresh baked deep dish pies are wonderful! The portion sizes are very big and the quality is exceptional and fresh, fresh, fresh! The building and washrooms are works of art and craftsmanship, like none other! Definetly a fantastic place to stop during the... More

Their homemade pies are amazing! You might not be able to finish your piece though because they give you a very generous portion. I've eaten some of their other lunch foods too and they have been very good. The service is quite friendly but I'm often a little unsure if they know I'm sitting at the table or not. Sometimes...
