Stopped in for Appy Hour. Service was good, nice young man. Split an appy with my partner. Standard fare. Probably a good party spot.

Though this is not one of the more popular restaurants in Yaletown, and that is evident by the small amount of guests on a Friday night, it is consistently a great choice for pub fare and beer. Any place that brings samples of beer varieties for you to try before you order is a winner in our books. Though we... More

Hub's happy hour leaves something to be desired. Their $5.00, 5 oz. wine is from Pellar Estates and not great. The happy hour appy menu is limited and not worth it. We ordered a couple of braised beef tacos (new to the menu). They turned out to be the size of a potato chip with a tiny amount of shredded... More

We had a reservation on a short notice. When we arrived were very friendly seated in two booths (10 people). Our waiter started out good, was very friendly, however, took quite a long time to serve us in a not too busy restaurant on a Friday evening. In the end, drinks were late (however nice selection of drinks), the food... More

My husband and I shared a meal. They had no problem with that and even brought it out on two plates. The food was delicious and the service very helpful and friendly. Casual atmosphere, but not too loud - easy to have a conversation. We will both go again.

Staying at the Opus Hotel , this place is less than 5 mins from the hotel. Pleasantly surprised, on both our visits staff were friendly. On one visit we decided to eat there and were very pleased with what we had. I had the fish & chips, crispy batter and nice chips, my wife had the 1/2 rack of ribs... More

Often for happy hour, nice mix of appy's and like being on deck in summer. We also went with friends who had young children and staff were very accommodating.

I love eating here. All the food is good but the onion rings are awesome. I'm fussy about my onion rings. It has an outside patio but it was full. Good wine & service. We were there for supper.

Had the Fish and Chips which was seasoned lightly and baked; very bland, not bad enough to send back ; will not go back as too many great alternatives in the area. Stick with a burger or beef dip if you must visit!

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
