In Vancouver for the weekend, looking for a great place for a nice meal and seafood. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Would be an amazing spot for a dinner and or drinks with friends. Had oysters for app, buck a shuck, can't go wrong. Tasted great and fresh. Had the small catch and shared with my fiancé. Glad we didn't... More

Amazing service (thank you Kirsten!)!! So many wonderful dishes on the menu it was hard to decide. Every meal was wonderful; moist, tender fish and the best calamari I have ever had! And a fried banana split for dessert! <3 WONDERFUL!!!! And the prices were reasonable! Everything about this place is a win! And so easy to book a table... More

Dropped into this funky fish "shack" for lunch on a rainy Saturday. Variety of fish dishes, mussels, oysters etc. We settled on 1lb of butter bacon white wine mussels with frites. Really good and the 1lb was enough for both my wife and I for lunch. Because I couldn't resist I also had 1 of each of the oysters available... More

Don't be put off by the outside - quirky décor but good food. Staff were very helpful and there was a wide choice of fish available.

After a long day at the Rugby Sevens we stopped off for a late dinner Saturday night. The place was very busy but service still quick. The oysters were well shucked and tasty. I had halibut & chips - and my husband had chowder which he said was good

Heard about this place from the hotel I'm staying at. Everything is positive about this place, nice casual atmosphere . They offer local beer and fish. If you are an oyster fan it is a buck a shuck and they are well worth it. I had the fresh snapper which was incredible but what was even better were the szechuan... More

On visiting Vancouver I specifically chose restaurants that specialised in fish. I was very excited to visit this restaurant. I was not disappointed by the food at all. My only issue was that there was a misunderstanding when my starter did not come with my partners and the main meal was brought out far too quickly. By the time my... More

We had the seafood platter for two and the value was fantastic. Losbter, clams, mussels, crab, it was fantastic! Drinks were good. Atmosphere was great, fun but approachable. Service by Juliana was outstanding. Will be back again :)

Was expecting to have all seafood cleaned and ready to eat. We ordered the big catch and the lobster was ice cold. The prawns were also not cleaned and it really took away from eating the food. Kind of disappointed, if things were clean and prepared properly it was be more appealing.

Staying in Granville Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.
