Have gone here a number of times. In the summer months the wait can be long but I think worth it for some good bubble tea. Nothing much for the eye but the bubble tea is what you come for.

So you like bubble tea? This place will put a big smile on your face because it offers so many flavours made with real fresh fruit instead of just powdered imitations. Be prepared to wait a bit, though, because they make each bubble tea with care. The top of the takeaway cup is sealed so you have to pierce it... More

Definitely the best bubble tea I had outside Asia! I had the honeydew milk and coconut jelly and it was amazing! There's not much tables so best to just buy the bubble tea and go for a walk while enjoying the best bubble tea. Don't forget to bring cash as they don't take cards.

My 4 star rating of this hole-in-the-wall establishment is entirely based on their bubble tea. Even though I don't live very close by, it's my go-to spot when I am craving it! Beware this is a cash only business and the wait to get your bubble tea can be about 20 minutes if it's busy. Better yet, call ahead with... More

This place had been here for years, and the bubble tea is consistently tasty. This is one of the best one in town. I wish they opened more branches in other area such as Burnaby

This is truly a hole in the wall stop when you needed a refreshing drink from all the walking around this neighborhood. the line up is long but it is worth the wait. we had the mango with Pearl and also tried the jackfruit with coconut jelly. these are just a few of the vast selections of drinks. we went... I have heard this is considered one of the best bubble tea places in town and I do agree it's consistently good and tasty. Very large bubble tea menu and also sell some food though I have never tasted it. Hours are odd - don't open until the afternoon but stay open late at night. They also accept cash only... More

Made an effort to visit this place after learning it has been voted as making the best bubble tea in town, and I was not disappointed. It definitely is the best bubble tea in town. We ordered the malt milk tea with pearls and red bean slush with pearls. Both were delicious. I personally love milk tea and it's made... More

Solid flavor range offering BBT from powder and fresh bases at a fair price at this hole-in-the wall spot. Not a lot of seating so best for takeout. Matcha powder base was tasty and nice quantity of pearls in each drink. Would return.

Residential neighbourhood to the ultra-wealthy, the gorgeous manor houses centred around The Crescent area are a fabled sight to behold.
