Stopped in on Saturday for breakfast. We didn't realize that cooked dishes didn't start until 8 am - wish they would add that to the website. We settled on muffins and grilled ham and cheese croissants with coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. All items were delicious.

What an awesome little caffe, good coffee and even better cakes! I also love the environmental awareness that the place has and all the good causes it works towards helping and raising awareness of. Must try the lemon drizzle!!

We were craving eggs and gluten free bread. They had both! Delicious scrambled eggs, potatoes and they had pre prepared sandwiches. We chose a gluten free one and they even offered to grill it. Very reasonable and delicious! Casual place where you will find mostly locals.

I live in Whistler full time and the Alpine is our go-to place. The restaurant itself is small, humble, slightly quirky in its decor, and is usually busy: always a good sign. I have only been there for dinners but I hear breakfasts are excellent. For dinners, there is always a "special", unless you arrive too late, and it is... More

I had the feeling that we weren't cool enough or local enough or hippie enough for the place, unfortunately. The first two things I ordered from the chalkboard menu were not available, which seemed to irritate the clerk with me when I felt I was the one mildly inconvenienced. It was as though I couldn't make my third choice fast... More
