From the warm welcome, to the amazing food, the sublime wines and exceptional staff you would have to look hard to find a better restaurant in Whistler, even BC, even Canada. First visit for me but I will be back. I could not decide between...More

Excellent food and a cosy winter ambience. Some of the best food we’ve ever had. Seafood antipasto exceptional! Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a splurge for couples or groups of adults. Would be wasted on our (teenage) kids.

We were lucky to get a reservation as we on,y called a couple of days in advance. We arrived about 40 minutes early but there was space at the bar for us to grab a drink while we waited. Our server was pleasant and helpful,...More

Rim Rock is not a "cafe", it is one of Whistler's best restaurants, albeit a bit out of town (taxi or bus essential, unless you are staying in Creekside). It has a well deserved reputation; we both ate fish (different dishes) and both were excellent....More

Our food was beautiful but for the huge dollars we paid we were wanting this to be a given. The disappointment for us came at the end of the night. We’d been sent an email advising that our sitting was 6pm to 9pm. At 8.40,...More

The food was nice and it’s a cosy restaurant - but for us, the initial greeting at check in ruined the vibe for the evening. I found the gentleman a little agitated and unfriendly and the food just wasn’t amazing enough to make up for...More

We had an excellent meal and service that was spoiled by a group of twenty people that were seated next to us. They were load and used foul language. What would have been a great meal was ruined by bad seating and no response from...More

We have visited the Rim Rock pretty much every time we have visited Whistler and it is a firm favourite. We managed to book in for Christmas Day and were not disappointed. The food was up to it’s usually high standard and, as usual, we...More

We ate here a few nights ago and it was everything that we expected from a restaurant that has clearly been a high performing establishment for a long time. Our server was excellent. Attentive and knowledgeable who blended in during our meal, always appearing at...More

I am pretty sure the Four Seasons has a shuttle. That is all I know I am not sure how much cabs in Whistler cost. Google Whistler Taxi, there should be some good resources on their website.

In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.
