Went to the Pad Thai for lunch and ordered rice paper rolls. It took over 45 minutes for the meal to arrive and in the meantime no service at all - I had to take my order up to the young woman serving us who never even said thank you, i asked for water and it didn't arrive for over... More

I went for a lunch with my mother. I ordered the Pad Seuw with beef and my mother ordered coconut chicken with rice. Her meal came with soup that I would describe as bland yet good. Both meals were quite good however I added a few scoops of the coconut rice to my meal and it went from good to... More

Living in St. James, I am lucky to have Pad Thai in the neighbourhood. I have been going there for years. At first is was for suppers, but lately for lunches. I can truly say, I have never had a bad meal yet. The last time I went, it was with my brother and his fiancee a couple of weeks... More

My daughter loves the vegan menu and so I reluctantly took the family out. This smallish, somewhat dated little spot in St. James got busy starting at 6 pm. Suggest parking on the side streets as the after work traffic on Portage can be pretty busy. Don't park in the Perkins lot beside the restaurant unless you want to get... More

Had a business meeting and ordered the two can dine Thai food special. Server seemed confused by the two can dine promotion and a gentleman from the back had to come and clarify our order. Appetizer portions were under whelming. The chicken satay was very dry and the 5 crab chips portion was laughable. Cashew stirfry was tasteless and pad... More

After trying Sabai Thai on Corydon and receiving terrible service we decided to try our old standby, Pad Thai on Portage. The server was very friendly and helpful and even though the restaurant was fairly busy our server was attentive and really made us feel welcomed. We had soup followed by a noodle dish and both were delightfully spicy and... More

When we were in Thailand one of the best things there, besides the people was the food. Pad Thai lets you relive that experience. The atmosphere is unique and very relaxing! The people are wonderful, and the food is great! If you love soup, they have fantastic soups. If you love curry, great variety! Noodles? The best...I could go on... More

When you enter there is a smell of old place. However, This place is clean, although there was just one person to seat and serve. She was very fast. I sat and had my drink and water in blinking of an eye. Order taken immediately and choice was asked if appetizers should come immediately or with the food. Nice seating... More
