Stopped here for lunch and was pleased with the chickpea, chorizo, pork stew. They didn't seem to have a lunch menu, but there were smaller options available such as tacos and quesadillas. The service was good.

Our family of four, two adults and two teenagers, ate here in August on a recommendation from our hotel receptionist. We love Mexican food and this did not disappoint. We got there late (about 9 PM -- not late for New York, but late for Saint John!) and the musicians were just playing their last song, but we did not... More

Had a great meal at Taco Pica- one person had pork fajitas and the other had a chickpea stew with chorizo. Both meals were excellent - taste, quality, and quantity. (portions are quite large) The owner/waiter was friendly and helpful, and we would be regulars if we lived in St. John.

From the colors in the decor to the really nice gentlemen that waited on us, this place is great. It's the kind of place you run into the captain from the afternoons Jet boat adventure (always a good sign to run into a local). I would say the only down side is that between the 20% tip and dinner for... More

I have never been disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The food is great and there a number of Guatemalan favourites. There is usually a local musician playing on weekend evenings. They have an outdoor patio for those hot summer nights. The menu evolves over time to ensure that the customers have what they want. The service is prompt... More

My wife and I went there for lunch recently and our results were mixed. The shrimp tacos my wife ordered hardly had any shrimp - it was mostly stuffed with potatoes - way too many potatoes. She also said that the rice tasted like it was a day old. I had a different dish - shellfish in green sauce. I... More

Wonderful dinner outside in St. John! Our food was amazingly delicious, the waiter was warm & funny and they were so sweet to our kids. Beware- adding sides will raise the bill enormously- $9 for extra rice. Otherwise- muy bien!!!

I was so excited to learn of this place. This is a truly authentic Central American environment and menu. The Guatemalan owner was a fantastic representation of his culture and food. It was like I was enjoying a meal prepared by him in his home. I cannot wait to return to enjoy more of what he has to offer. buen... More

I really enjoy this little restaurant on Germain Street . It offers a great variety of delicious food and has a nice atmosphere. The vegetal taco is definitely my favorite dish.
