There were four of us for dinner. I ordered the pot stickers. They were delicious but the portion was tiny. I also ordered the hand cut spaghetti and it was ridiculously small for the price. We split the charcuterie combo which was good. We were...More

The bistro serves small plates that are very tasty. However, our meal would have been better if the service was more responsive and the food hotter. We waited over 40 minutes for our second course. The waiter kept on saying it was coming, yet the...More

First time at the new location last night and Chinched surpassed all expectations. The service was exceptional - incredibly attentive, warm and personable. An impressive menu with flavoursome share plates. Well stocked bar, dim lit, and funky music playlist. A little gem which in my...More

Started with Pigs ears fries with a house made hot sauce, perfectly done, nice and crispy and just the right amount of heat. Charcuterie & cheese combo platter came with house made mortadella and Serrano ham, along with the house pickles and an added touch,...More

New location on Bates Hill has much better ambiance. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the 'Happy Hour" menu, a smaller version of the main menu. Staff were busy but attentive. Portion size was great and allowed us to share like tapas.

Party of 5 attended for a birthday celebration. New location on Bates Hill still has parking issues, as does almost all downtown restaurants so leave early & hope you can find a spot! Two ordered the combo charcuterie which by all accounts was excellent. Chinched...More

Chinched has a bar downstairs and restaurant upstairs on a quiet street. The cooking is eclectic. Pigs ears (spicy and good) to start along with charcuterie (which was enough for two) followed by a pan-seared cod, delicious. My companion had cauliflower (also spicy) and chanterelles...More

To say we love this restaurant would be an understatement! We visited their new location the first night they opened and enjoyed the same experience of great tasting food and efficient, friendly service. Caviar has been added to the menu so of course we could...More

Some restaurants just have a vibe! This is a small place, reservations are necessary, but the food is terrific and the ambiance is infectious -- everyone's having a good time! Small plates are the order of the day, with a local and sort-of Thai theme....More

There are very few seats downstairs and the space is very tight. The rest of the tables are upstairs and I didn't see an elevator.
