We have eaten here in the past, and had the same service, so the second time I decided a review would help others. We both ordered chicken shawarma. They were out of falafel when we ordered. The chicken was in chunks, and only warmed not hot and grilled. They had all the ingredients in the pita for a chicken PITA.... More

I have eaten here a number of times as it is close to my work place and I take a walk up on my lunch. Prices are excellent and the food is amazing, flavorful and fresh. Would definitely recommend!!!

Tasty tasty GARLIC. Gotta love it!! A place off the beaten path but so worth it! Try it if you're in the Young Street area (coming off the MacKay bridge from Dartmouth)

My first time here and I was impressed. Healthy options that are delicious and tasty. It has a nice small business feel.

Very good. Something different. Also vegetarian dishes available. Some things on the menu may take a bit longer to prepare, but it is worth it.

Philly cheese steak with hot sauce EVERY time. I have never eaten anything else from the menu and I've had the cheese steak at least 10 times since a co-worker introduced me to Tarek's. Free soup samples while you wait for your order to come up (only at the Robie St location, I think)!

This place gets insanely busy but the pace and spirit of service is great. Everything is homemade including falafels from scratch- not from a dry mix- what a difference! Moist, creamy, savoury little concoctions with a crunch on the outside. Soups are delicious and fresh every day - and you won't believeit, but you get a free tasting bowl while... More

One of the cooks offered us a small bowl of soup to go with our meal. He expressed concern about the temperature of the soup and we couldn't believe our eyes, when he put his finger right in the soup to test the temperature! It's too bad, because the food is really good here. This restaurant needs to be a... More
