A group of six of us had lunch here as part of taste of Burlington. The ambiance is nothing great, you feel like you are in a cafeteria but we were glad we chose this as the food did not disappoint. The warm salad was very good and was a meal all by itself... a bunch of us also had... More

Lovely cafe to have a light lunch or a cup of tea and a light snack. Very nice atmosphere in which to sit down and take a break!

Popped in the cafe on the way around the gardens. We went for fruitata, soup and bruschetta- all of which very tasty but we did send soup back as it wasn't that hot. Don't know whether short staffed but service was very slow.

Tucked away in the RBG's Mediterranean garden, Garden's Cafe offers a small but quality menu using locally sourced food; many of the greens are grown in their famous gardens! Despite the size of the menu, it can still be difficult to pick out what you want. My standby is the frittata, which is changed daily.

The cafe is very conveniently located in the Royal Botanical Gardens. We stopped in for lunch while visiting the gardens. A decanter of cold water was waiting for us at our table when we sat down. The menu is somewhat limited. The ran out of tea sandwiches so I ordered the crispy pork steamed bun and my wife ordered a... More

We came here after touring the Rock Garden and were quiet hungry. First, the decor is beautiful. loved the flower design on the wall and really nice tables. it was a little busy so our order took awhile but we got water and really nice bread so it wasn't a big deal to wait. The food was fantastic. I had... More

This is the restaurant in the main building of the Royal Botanical Gardens in Hamilton/Burlington. Atmosphere is airy and friendly. A little noisy with the number of children running around. Food is mainly bistro pinchos portions (half size), so fine for a light lunch. Food design is good. Eg, pork steam buns is a deconstructed cha sui bau, with slices... More

This is an OK place for a meal with the added value of the actual garden (admission extra) right next door. But the food is just averge, the frittata perhaps being the most remarkable menu item. Service is very good but slow and as time passes, the crowd really fills in here--it is uncomfortably loud, doubly so for the hard... More
