Went to Harper's for lunch with family. I had the sliders platter for $15.50. 3 little specialty burgers #6,7,10. First bite was good - mushroom and beef. Meat was a little dry - too well done and not very juicy. The other two sliders were similar in taste. Had a bite of the basic burger- good size burger but again... More

Liked the simplicity of the menu and speed of service. You can pick your own burger, size, bun, toppings and sides. Waitress was quick and efficient, yet friendly. The waffle fries and burgers are super tasty.

Cute little place in heart of downtown. I was seated quickly and given a menu in a timely fashion. Ellen was my server and she was very good telling me all different options that I could utilize.I got the lunch box special since it was before 4 pm you get a drink, fries, and burger for 12.50.I could only have... We were taken to Harpers Burger Bar by a good friend while visiting Kingston. It was busy on a Saturday night and the restaurant seems to be popular with the Queen's University crowd. We lucked out and only had to wait a few minutes for a table in the busy restaurant. Our server was very friendly and suggested the Smokehouse... More

Had the Lala Turkey burger. If you are in Kingston and like burgers, do yourself a favor and stop in. If the mood strikes, try a local beer with your choice, I had the McKinnon Brothers - 8 man, went well with my burger meal choices. You wont be disappointed

Well what can I say, reading all the reviews thought it would great to check this place out before a show. Got seated order taken, drinks brought and then ..... tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock. The people who got seated 2 minutes before us got their food and were heading out the door, the people who came behind us got their food... More

Harper's is a great place with very tasty burgers. Service is very good and everyone is very friendly. Fries are hit and miss, sometimes they are very good, but most of the time they are soggy and just taste like oil. Overall, a very good place to have a nice burger.

Burger lovers will really like this place. You can select from a range of beer patty sizes and dress the burger the way you like it. Also available are chicken and vegetarian options. The craft beer selection is also quite decent.

My wife and I came here and tried the #7 and #8. Both burgers were pretty good, but not mind blowing. The fries were a bit soggy and the gravy was awful (had a floury kind of taste). All in all it was nothing special. If you're looking to spend fifteen dollars on a burger and fries you are much... More
